The Halachic Seder Hayerusha/ Intestate Distributions 
A discussion about how assets are distributed by Bais Din in the absence of any halachically acceptable testamentary vehicle. Special attention will be paid to the rights of the spouse, daughter, and the   firstborn Bechor.
